Last updated: April 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sinyx API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Sinyx provides a web extraction API that converts public URLs into structured formats including Markdown, plain text, HTML, and semantic chunks with priority scoring.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, credential harvesting, surveillance, rate-limit bypass, security probing, or extraction from sites where you do not have the right to process content.
4. API Keys And Authentication
You are responsible for keeping API keys secure and for all activity under your credentials. We may revoke or rotate access for security, abuse prevention, or violation of these terms.
5. Rate Limits And Fair Use
The service enforces rate limits to protect reliability. Current limits include authenticated request limits, demo limits, and a maximum of five URLs per batch request.
6. Intellectual Property
Sinyx owns the API, documentation, branding, and implementation. You retain ownership of content you process through the service, subject to your rights and obligations for that content.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee extraction success for every URL, uninterrupted operation, or completeness of extracted content.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
9. Privacy And Data Handling
We do not store extracted page content after the response is delivered. Request metadata may be used for operational monitoring, abuse prevention, and reliability.
10. Changes
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
